We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-orientated  Sales Director.

We are strengthening our team with a dedicated resource to help pursue new opportunities.


  • Identifying and targeting new customers while increasing the value of current customers Setting growth targets in coordination with management and achieving them

  • Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Providing strategic insight, analytical rigor, and financial assessments of potential growth & alliances/ partnerships/ M&A opportunities, as well as post-alliance analysis and integration capabilities

  • Interacting directly with clients at trade shows, sponsoring presentations and industry events

  • Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for inquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets

  • Working alongside other team members to plan, oversee and maximize marketing initiatives

  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

  •  Researching business opportunities and developing new viable income streams

  •  Following industry trends locally and internationally

  •  Increasing the long-term value of the organization from customers, markets and relationships

  • Continually examining and re-evaluating the organization’s service portfolio to yield the best results while reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.


  • Have minimum 10 years UAE experience in Business Development/Sales and Client Servicing with at least 3 years experience in a Leadership role and within the Event Management or Brand Activations industry.

  • Have the ability to develop compelling presentations and proposals and be able to deliver these to decision-makers

  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Be able to provide strategic planning and advice to the client

  • Have a valid UAE Driving license (your own car is preferred)
