Our client, a leading sports and events marketing agency in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Director for its Marketing and communications function to lead a team and manage client deliverables from conception to optimisation.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead the marketing & communications team to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, digital, social media, and creative.
• Manage client delivery across a diverse event and project portfolio.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee marketing and PR strategies to maximize exposure and drive brand awareness.
• Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment of marketing plans.
• Develop long-term brand architectures and positioning.
• Leverage relationships with media partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed.
• Lead on-site event implementation.
• Foster a creative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner on team and resource optimization.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of marketing and communications leadership experience, ideally in sports or entertainment.
• Proven success in implementing integrated campaigns aligned with goals.
• Deep understanding of marketing trends, including digital, social, and PR best practices.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions for enhanced results.
• Proficient in developing comprehensive event marketing campaigns.
