VICE PRESIDENT

ESMOS seeks a Vice President for our client based in Dubai.

The Vice President leads and manages the events portfolio, ensuring profitable growth through organic development and international launches.

Responsibilities:-

  • Lead and manage the events portfolio for profitable growth.

  • Oversee P&L for all events and exhibitions.

  • Develop and implement event strategies.

  • Maximize regional and international sales.

  • Drive profit growth through organic development and international launches.

  • Create strategic plans (short-term and 5-year).

  • Build and manage a high-performing team.

  • Ensure excellent experiences for visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, and delegates.

  • Maintain key stakeholder relationships.

  • Represent the company at industry events.

  • Develop infrastructure to meet corporate and regional objectives. 

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, goal-driven, financial/commercial awareness.

  • Experience in international B2B sponsorship/exhibitions.

  • Manage sales pipeline, budget, P&L; provide forecasts.

  • Proficient with databases (preferably Salesforce).

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused; strong business English; other languages a plus.

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and numeric skills.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, results-oriented.

  • Attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills.
