After receiving the initial job description, we deep-dive into the dynamics, skills, metrics and expectations of the role and gain a thorough understanding of the company culture and team dynamics

Once we identify the finer nuances of the vacancy, we begin the search process with our first port of call being our sector-specific database of global event professionals prior to a targeted executive search process including market mapping and regional competitor analysis.

After mapping the market and identifying the long list, a thorough screening process then begins with each of the longlisted candidates; this is then whittled down to the final shortlist.

Communication is maintained throughout the process with both candidates and the hiring team discussing feedback and progress until the final candidate is selected.
