We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales, commercial growth, and successful delivery of international exhibitions and large-scale events. This role is responsible for generating revenue through exhibition space and sponsorship sales while overseeing project management, stakeholder relationships, and operational delivery to ensure world-class event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through exhibition space, sponsorship, and branding sales
- Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and logistics for seamless event delivery.
- Apply market insights to position events competitively.
- Provide transparent reporting on sales and project progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or commercial management within the exhibitions, events, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to driving revenue.
- Experience in international markets and willingness to relocate to Dubai.
