Conference Producer

ESMOS are delighted to be recruiting for a Conference Producer for one of our clients.   

As a Conference Producer based in our client's Dubai office, you will play a vital role in developing, shaping, and executing conference content related to the event sector. Working within a new team, you'll set strategic directions for business-critical content, supporting marketing and PR messaging for events. The role involves comprehensive research, program development, and execution, focusing on year-round content and global conference programs. Key responsibilities include identifying commercial topics, managing relationships with stakeholders, sourcing senior speakers, assessing market dynamics, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring excellence in onsite delivery. The goal is to establish a long-term reputation for excellence in the global market, contributing to the client's ambition of becoming the most respected provider of healthcare leadership summits worldwide. The role demands creativity, intellectual autonomy, and a departure from standard conference production cycles. Regular communication with the line manager and generating reports to track progress is integral to the position. Your industry expertise and relationships will be utilised to shape content, PR/communications, marketing messaging, brand positioning, and press releases.
