Contract Manager

ESMOS is recruiting for a Contract Manager position based in UAE or KSA for a leading event business in the Middle East, which is expanding into the MENA region. The Contract Manager will be responsible for supervising contractual agreements across projects in MEN

Responsibilities:-

• Negotiating and drafting contracts

• Reviewing contract terms for risks and opportunities

• Managing vendor relationships

• Ensuring legal compliance

• Mitigating risks

• Administering contracts

• Communicating with stakeholders

• Preparing regular reports on contract performance

Requirements:- 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred; Master's degree or legal qualifications advantageous

• Proficiency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus

• 5-10 years of contract management experience, preferably in events, exhibition, or fit-out industry

• Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk assessment necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Familiarity with MENA region business practices and legal requirements preferred

• Ideal candidate will be proficient in English, possess extensive contract management experience, and demonstrate an understanding of the events and exhibition industry.
