Creative Director-Arabic

ESMOS is delighted to be recruiting for a Creative Director for one of our clients. The role will be based in Riyadh - KSA.

As a Creative Director, you'll be at the helm of the design studio, guiding all aspects of creativity and project delivery. 

Responsibilities:-

• Customize client pitches, including project methodologies and creative briefs.

• Stay updated on design trends and identify high-quality tools.

• Identify leads, highlight company capabilities, and collaborate on new ventures.

• Ensure team communication and manage studio scheduling.

• Assign and support freelancers and recruit project-based team members.

• Handle pressure gracefully and strive for accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in brand activation and creative direction, including 2+ years in leadership.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CAD, 3D Max, Adobe Products, Animation Studio, or similar tools.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Arabic language.

• Team management skills are essential
