HEAD OF CONTENT
The Head of Content leads the creation and execution of content strategies across digital platforms, including written, video, and multimedia formats. This role ensures content aligns with the company’s strategic goals and brand messaging while managing a team of content professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of content across various digital channels.
- Ensure high-quality standards in language, tone, and visual storytelling.
- Manage content planning, calendars, and campaigns to support marketing and communication goals.
- Lead and mentor a content team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years in conference production or content leadership within B2B exhibitions.
- Experience in both conference and large-scale exhibition content preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage C-suite or ministerial speakers.
- Strong command of English or target language, including grammar and writing structure.
- Proven knowledge of media production and communication techniques.
- Experience in the tech or exhibitions industry is a plus.
- Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
