Head of Marketing

ESMOS is currently recruiting for our client a new Head of Marketing based in London.

As the Head of Marketing, the primary responsibility is to oversee all marketing activities aimed at promoting and supporting sales. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring alignment with the goals of the event. The role involves leading a marketing team to effectively communicate the event's value proposition, drive attendance, and enhance brand visibility within industry. Additionally, the Head of Marketing will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and continually optimize marketing efforts to maximize results.

Responsibilities:-

• Overseeing all marketing activities for corporate events

• Managing branding efforts

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinating with suppliers

• Managing PR activities

• Overseeing website development

• Implementing content marketing strategies

• Building and nurturing relationships

• Conducting competitor analysis

• Performing market research

• Leading and managing a marketing team

Requirements:-

• 5+ years management experience in events or B2B media

• Degree/MBA preferred

• Marketing best practices knowledge

• Familiarity with B2B exhibition, publishing markets

• Understanding of data protection

• Online strategy development experience

• Ability to audit, introduce new procedures

• Cultural appreciation, networking skills

• Proactive market involvement
