Head of Partnerships

ESMOS is delighted to be recruiting for the position of Head of Partnerships.

The Head of Partnerships is tasked with optimising collaboration with various partners, including trade media and community networks, to maximize mutual benefits.

As a Head of Partnerships, responsibilities include developing an engagement strategy for events across different locations, ensuring timely execution, defining value propositions, negotiating agreements, nurturing relationships, evaluating partner lists for relevance, and monitoring asset delivery. Their role is critical in enhancing the organisation's reach and impact through strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record in partnership or business development
• Previous experience in event organisation, particularly trade shows or conferences
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with senior management
• Excellent computer knowledge and skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic preferred
• Advanced proficiency in desktop packages such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic being desirable
