ESMOS are delighted to be recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager for one of our clients. 


The TA Manager will lead recruitment efforts across the region, overseeing the end-to-end process and managing the Talent Acquisition team. They'll develop and implement strategies to attract top candidates.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, offering guidance and supporting personal development plans.

  • Administer the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

  • Manage recruitment adverts and maintain job boards.

  • Establish and maintain Talent Acquisition budgets, focusing on cost-effective recruitment.

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and maximize digital recruitment processes.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and design recruitment procedures.

  • Ensure consistency in job descriptions and titles across regions.

  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and manage recruitment campaigns.

  • Build relationships with external recruitment partners and negotiate fees.

  • Advise on selection methods and conduct interviews as necessary.

  • Handle offer letters, contracts, and new starter paperwork.

  • Communicate new starters and promotions throughout the region.

  • Provide relevant reporting and analyze management information for improvement.

  • Manage visa and right-to-work checks.

  • Act as a point of contact for resourcing issues.

  • Develop consistent branding and attraction channels.

  • Work with local managers and HR to improve retention rates and develop induction programs.

  • Develop initiatives to raise company profile in local communities.

  • Reduce reliance on external agencies through creative recruitment methods.

  • Drive apprenticeship programs and manage talent databases.

  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive salary packages.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organization

  • Experienced in high volume recruitment across all levels

  • Proficient in direct sourcing and professional networking

  • Skilled in stakeholder relationship management

  • Knowledgeable in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques

  • Proficient in influencing and negotiation

  • Advanced degree in HR preferred but not essential

  • Experience in recruiting across markets

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

  • Proficiency in additional European languages beneficial
