Job Overview
ESMOS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Creative Director on behalf of one of our clients in the events and experiential industry.
The successful candidate will lead the creative vision, strategy and development of innovative concepts, ensuring high-quality creative output across projects, pitches and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy, concept development and overall creative direction.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary creative and design teams.
- Oversee creative projects from initial brief through development and delivery.
- Develop compelling concepts, visual storytelling and client presentations.
- Ensure creative quality, consistency and alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with project management, production and operations teams.
- Manage creative priorities, timelines and resources effectively.
- Explore emerging creative technologies and innovative approaches.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior creative leadership role within events, experiential, entertainment, brand experience or related industries.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering high-quality projects.
- Strong background in creative strategy, concept development and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing multiple projects, pitches and creative deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with project requirements.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments would be advantageous.
