ESMOS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join a leading creative entertainment and experiences agency in Dubai.

The role combines creative concept development, live entertainment, pitching and project delivery, transforming client briefs and RFPs into compelling event concepts and experiences from pitch through to live execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, event visions, narratives and audience journeys.
• Create entertainment concepts for events, ceremonies, launches, conferences, gala dinners and brand experiences.
• Develop show moments, performances, reveals, transitions and immersive experiences.
• Curate and develop local, regional and international entertainment talent.
• Create creative proposals, pitch decks and presentations for clients.
• Lead creative pitches and confidently present concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Show Directors, choreographers, designers, technical and production teams.
• Develop show structures, entertainment schedules, performance briefs and run-of-show plans.
• Provide creative direction during rehearsals, site visits and live event delivery.
• Ensure creative concepts remain achievable within budget, technical and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in live entertainment, creative production, experiential events, shows or ceremonies.
• Strong knowledge of performers, choreography, music, stage entertainment and show development.
• Experience developing creative concepts, proposals and client pitches.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and written English skills.
• Strong creative and visual judgement.
• Good understanding of event production and project delivery.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work within budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
