Head of Conference.

ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a Head of Conference to join our client’s team within the events and exhibitions industry. The Head of Conference will lead the planning and delivery of large-scale conferences from concept through execution. This role oversees content development, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to ensure successful, high-quality events.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end conference production from concept to delivery.
• Develop event themes, agendas, and secure high-profile speakers.
• Manage relationships with sponsors, VIPs, industry leaders, and government representatives.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and overall event performance.
• Lead and develop the conference production team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in conference production.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale events.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and government leaders.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
