Associate Creative Director.

ESMOS Recruitment is currently seeking an Associate Creative Director for one of our clients, an experiential marketing and event services agency based in Dubai.

This role will lead the creative direction for exhibition and experiential projects, ensuring high-quality design, innovation, and delivery across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of creative concepts for exhibition and experiential projects.
• Set and maintain high creative standards across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay up to date with global exhibition and design trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Design or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a creative/agency environment
• Strong background in exhibition or experiential design
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3D tools are a plus)
• GCC experience preferred
