Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sponsorship, exhibitor, and delegate sales for high-profile B2B events and exhibitions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving commercial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for sponsorships, exhibition space, and partnerships.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and upselling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align and optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings to generate leads.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, including sponsorship and exhibition sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving revenue goals.
