Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sponsorship, exhibitor, and delegate sales for high-profile B2B events and exhibitions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for sponsorships, exhibition space, and partnerships.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align and optimize sales strategies.
- Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings to generate leads.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, including sponsorship and exhibition sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving revenue goals.
