ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Senior Conference Producer for one of our clients, a leading Conference & Exhibition Organiser based in London.
The Senior Conference Producer will craft impactful conference agendas and secure top-tier speakers. This role demands strong market research, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of the event industry to facilitate seamless communication with regional and international stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Research market trends and stakeholders to shape event content.
- Secure and manage top-tier speakers.
- Align content strategy with commercial objectives.
- Work with marketing and sales to optimize messaging and sponsorships.
- Oversee speaker coordination and event execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years in organising international events and conferences
- Leadership Skill
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Working knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail
- Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with appropriate technical and
- internal resources
- Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organizational skills
