ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Senior Delegate Sales Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai. A strategic, commercially driven role responsible for delivering delegate revenue across events while supporting and leading the delegate sales function. The role combines personal sales targets with team mentorship, market insight, and key account management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed personal delegate sales revenue targets
- Support, mentor, and guide junior sales team members
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Share market insights and contribute to sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to drive campaign performance
- Represent the business at events and secure repeat business
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets, with experience in delegate or conference sales preferred
- Strong consultative sales approach with effective negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Commercially aware, with the ability to manage complex client requirements and pricing structures
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using databases, CRM systems, and digital platforms for lead generation and sales campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
