We are working with a leading marketing agency in Riyadh, looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in influencer and performance marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern brands grow, combining creativity, data, and strategic partnerships to deliver real impact.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in driving new business across the Saudi market, working with brands to deliver high-performing campaigns across social, influencer, PR, and digital channels.

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role suited to someone confident in building relationships, shaping solutions, and closing deals in a fast-moving agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across key sectors
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to pitch and close
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with a strong commercial mindset
  • Build and manage a consistent, high-quality pipeline to exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored, results-driven campaign solutions
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client demands

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–10 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a marketing, social media, PR, or communications agency
  • Proven experience working on or selling influencer and/or performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, reputation management, and digital growth strategies
  • Background in social media, PR, influencer marketing, or integrated campaigns
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially sharp, target-driven, and proactive in building proposals and client solutions
  • Must be currently based in Riyadh
