ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager for a client in the events and exhibitions industry. The role will lead the full campaign lifecycle, manage the marketing team, and ensure high-quality communications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to post-event analysis.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective delivery.
• Review and approve all content and communications to maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Drive visitor acquisition and engagement strategies for exhibitions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise results.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the exhibitions industry is essential.
• Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
