Conference Producer.

ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a Conference Producer to join our client’s team in the events and exhibitions industry.

The Conference Producer is responsible for managing conferences from concept to delivery. This includes conducting market research to identify relevant topics, developing commercially viable programs, and securing high-quality speakers. The role ensures each event delivers value through knowledge sharing and networking opportunities for delegates, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full conference lifecycle, from research and planning to onsite execution.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and content opportunities.
• Develop market-driven agendas and secure expert speakers.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, sponsors, and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in conference or event production.
• Proven experience managing events from planning through delivery.
• Experience in speaker acquisition and agenda development.
• Strong research, content development, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
