Creative Director (Contract).

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract: Until June 2027

ESMOS is hiring a Traffic Manager on behalf of a leading events company based in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to manage creative and marketing workflows, resources and project timelines, ideally with experience supporting government conferences, summits or B2G events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and resource allocation across creative and marketing teams.
• Assign briefs, prioritise workloads and manage schedules.
• Track timelines, approvals, feedback and revisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate across creative, marketing and production teams.
• Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in traffic management, creative operations or project coordination.
• Experience supporting government conferences, summits or B2G events is highly preferred.
• Background in events, creative, marketing, advertising or production.
• Good understanding of digital, print, video and content workflows.
• Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
