Guest Experience Manager (Contract).

Contract: Until June 2027

ESMOS is hiring a Guest Experience Manager on behalf of a leading events company based in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end guest journey for large-scale events and conferences, with strong experience supporting government conferences, summits and high-profile VIP audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full guest journey from invitation and registration through to departure.
• Oversee invitations, RSVPs, registration, accreditation and guest communications.
• Manage VIPs, government representatives and senior stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate arrivals, meet-and-greet, access, hospitality and special arrangements.
• Develop guest journey plans, procedures, briefings and escalation processes.
• Oversee onsite registration, welcome desks, guest services and VIP teams.
• Coordinate with operations, security, hospitality, transport and production teams.
• Monitor attendance and resolve guest issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in guest experience, delegate management, VIP services, hospitality or event operations.
• Strong experience with government conferences, summits or B2G events.
• Experience managing VIPs, government representatives, senior stakeholders and high-profile guests.
• Strong knowledge of registration, accreditation and guest communications.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, discreet and calm under pressure.
• Experience delivering large-scale or international events.
• UAE/GCC experience highly preferred.
