Senior Programming Manager (Contract).

ESMOS is hiring a Senior Programming Manager on behalf of a leading events company based in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the research, content development and programming of high-level conferences and events, with strong experience delivering government conferences, summits and B2G events.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop conference programmes, topics and session concepts.
• Create engaging content, discussion frameworks and programme narratives.
• Identify, secure and manage senior-level speakers and participants.
• Manage speaker outreach, confirmations, briefings and communications.
• Build relationships with government entities, clients, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare speaker briefs, moderator notes, running orders and programme materials.
• Manage programme schedules, trackers, deadlines and on-site delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, production and operations teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in conference programming, conference production or content development.
• Strong experience delivering government conferences, summits or B2G events.
• Proven experience working with government entities and senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record securing and managing high-profile speakers.
• Excellent research, writing and content-development skills.
• Strong stakeholder, project and relationship management skills.
• Able to manage multiple programmes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE/GCC experience highly preferred.
