Investor Programme Liaison & Facilitator (Contract).

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract: Until June 2027

ESMOS is hiring an Investor Programme Liaison & Facilitator on behalf of a leading events company based in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage engagement between investors, startups, innovators and key stakeholders, with experience supporting government conferences, investment summits or major B2G programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage investors, VCs, family offices, investment funds and corporate investors.
• Build and manage relationships with investors, startups and innovators.
• Match investment opportunities with relevant investors and strategic partners.
• Coordinate introductions, one-to-one meetings and networking sessions.
• Manage investor communications, schedules, briefings and follow-ups.
• Facilitate meetings and track outcomes and potential opportunities.
• Work closely with government, investment and event stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate databases and investor engagement reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment programmes, business development or innovation ecosystems.
• Experience with government conferences, investment summits, B2G programmes or government-led initiatives.
• Strong network and experience across VCs, family offices, institutional investors and investment funds.
• Experience working with startups, founders and businesses seeking investment.
• Strong understanding of investment, fundraising and commercialisation.
• Excellent relationship-building, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging government entities and senior-level stakeholders is highly preferred.
• UAE/GCC investment ecosystem experience highly preferred.
