Group Exhibition Director Oman.

We’re hiring an Group Exhibitions Director for one of our clients in the events industry.
The Group Exhibitions Director will oversee the strategy, development, and delivery of a portfolio of exhibitions, ensuring growth, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role involves driving innovation, expanding market presence across the region, and maintaining operational excellence across multiple events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of exhibitions across various markets.
• Oversee budgets, revenue targets, and event profitability while ensuring exceptional delivery.
• Develop and expand new exhibitions in regional markets such as Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
• Manage and mentor event teams, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to enhance event value.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive portfolio growth and sustainability.
• Ensure brand consistency, operational efficiency, and high attendee and exhibitor satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale event management.
• Proven track record in leading event portfolios and delivering commercial success.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in regional event expansion and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage budgets, teams, and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
