Job Overview
ESMOS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the events and exhibitions industry based in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, audience engagement and exhibition attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop engaging content for different target audiences.
- Manage multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Manage website content, email marketing, automation and social media campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
- Exhibitions industry experience is a must.
- B2B2C marketing experience is highly desirable.
- Preferably with experience in Healthcare, F&B, Beauty or Retail exhibitions.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing and campaign management.
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, CMS and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
