ESMOS Recruitment is looking for an Associate Director – Marketing for one of our clients in the Events and Exhibitions industry, based in Dubai.
The Associate Director – Marketing will lead and manage the marketing function within the exhibitions business. The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, and creative strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility across key events and platforms.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with strong experience in team management and delivering impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
