We are working with a leading organisation in the UAE to appoint an experienced B2B / B2G Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy and execution for a high-profile, multi- stakeholder government summit.
This is a critical, fast-paced role requiring someone who can operate at a senior level, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive visibility, engagement, and attendance across a complex event ecosystem.
The Role:
You will take full ownership of the marketing function for the summit, working closely with government entities, sponsors, partners, and internal teams to deliver a cohesive and impactful campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the summit’s objectives
• Manage relationships with government entities, sponsors, media partners, and key stakeholders
• Oversee all branding, communications, and digital marketing campaigns
• Lead PR and media relations, ensuring strong market visibility and positioning
• Drive audience acquisition and engagement across multiple channels
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery under tight timelines
Who We’re Looking For:
• 10–15 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on events, summits, or large-scale conferences
• Proven experience working on government-led or multi-stakeholder events
• Strong track record in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns for complex event
environments
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels • Experienced in managing PR, media, and communications strategies
• A confident leader, able to drive teams and deliver under pressure
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
