ESMOS Recruitment is looking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a dynamic commercial team within the events industry. This client-facing role focuses on driving revenue growth through new business development, lead generation, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct outbound sales via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Prepare tailored proposals and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive mindset
