Events Tech & Innovation Manager.

ESMOS Recruitment is looking for an Events Tech & Innovation Manager for one of our clients in the events and exhibitions industry, based in Dubai. This role is responsible for supporting the central Data Warehouse in collaboration with the Data Manager and ensuring the event technology ecosystem aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Oversee integration across event tech platforms (registration, mobile apps, CRM, marketing automation).
• Ensure systems capture accurate, high-quality data.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in Event Tech, Digital Product, or MarTech.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua).
