Content and Partnership Manager.

We are recruiting a Content & Partnerships Manager for an organization within the exhibitions and events industry.The role is responsible for developing commercially relevant conference content, managing speaker and partner relationships, and delivering high-quality conference programs aligned with market needs.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends to develop innovative and commercially viable conference content.
• Curate conference programs, session formats, and recruit high-profile speakers.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with speakers, partners, and industry associations.
• Oversee speaker engagement, communications, and onsite conference delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage conference budgets and evaluate post-event performance.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Requirements

• 6 -8 years experience in conference production
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
