ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team in the events and exhibitions industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, a passion for client engagement, and a proven ability to drive new business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face sales to both new and existing clients
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, industry networks, competitor events, trade publications, and online sources
- Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and promotional opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay informed on market trends and client needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales
- Proven sales experience, preferably in exhibitions and events
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in CRM tools and common business software
