Data Manager.

ESMOS is delighted to be recruiting a Data Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the events industry. This role will be based in Dubai.

The Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, management, and reliability of data systems across the organization. The role supports data-driven decision-making by ensuring data quality, accessibility, and scalability, and by working closely with technical and business teams to deliver effective data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s data management strategy and data infrastructure
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and accessibility across all systems
• Lead or support large-scale data migrations and data warehouse initiatives
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to enable data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related role
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level data platforms or data transformation projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
