Digital Media -Content Creator.

ESMOS is delighted to be recruiting for a Digital Media Content Creator for one of our clients in the event/exhibitions based in Dubai.As a Digital Media Content Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
• Write website and email content to promote exhibitions and drive registrations.
• Optimize content for search engines through keyword research and SEO guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze content performance across digital channels.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media, including video content.
• Support community management efforts and provide standard responses for queries.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create visual assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends in content marketing and social media.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital media production, videography, editing, and photography, ideally within a fast-paced events, agency, or in-house marketing environment.
• Experience - Events/MICE experience preferred 
• Proven ability to deliver short-form, social-ready video and photo content (Reels, stories, highlight reels, recap edits, BTS).
• Demonstrated experience filming and editing in live or dynamic event environments, with an ability to adapt quickly on-site.
• Familiarity with content packaging for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) including resizing, captioning, subtitling, and versioning.
