Senior Project Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for one of our clients in the event services industry. This role leads large-scale creative and technical event projects from concept through to delivery. The Senior Project Manager oversees timelines, budgets, teams, and client relationships, ensuring projects remain on track in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex events and activations
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and suppliers
• Identify risks, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving under pressure
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout planning and execution

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale events or experiential projects
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams and make decisions in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in the industrial or technical events sector is a plus
