Production Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for one of our clients in the event services industry. This role focuses the planning and delivery of live events and experiential projects. This role is responsible for turning creative concepts into reality by managing suppliers, logistics, schedules, and on-site delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event production from planning to on-site execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate suppliers, fabricators, technical teams, and logistics partners.
• Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee technical production including staging, AV, lighting, rigging, and build.
• Solve on-site challenges quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations.
• Work closely with creative, project, and client teams to ensure accurate delivery of concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event or experiential production within an agency or production environment.
• Strong supplier and logistics management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and calm approach in high-pressure situations.
• Solid technical understanding of event production processes.
• CAD knowledge (AutoCAD or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
