ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Manager for a client in the events and exhibitions industry based in Dubai.
This role is responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the event’s strategic objectives, ensuring all activities, assets, and communications are delivered on time,
Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing activities across email, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other digital channels
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including timeline tracking and coordination of design and content approvals
- Support lead generation through accurate database management and audience segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimization efforts
- Collaborate with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoint
- Work with media and association partners to manage listings, placements, and promotional requirements
- Adapt to last-minute changes while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, preferably within events or media
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
- Strong time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong copywriting, coordination, and communication skills
