ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Sales Executive for a client in the events and exhibitions industry based in Dubai.

This role is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales activities.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow up on leads
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Present and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the events and exhibitions industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
