ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – Exhibition for one of our clients in the events industry based is Dubai.

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering high-value deals across diverse client segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue through the sale of exhibition space and sponsorship packages.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events and support on-site execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B sales (events/exhibitions preferred)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Experience in Middle East markets is an advantage.
