ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – Exhibition for one of our clients in the events industry based is Dubai.
The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering high-value deals across diverse client segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through the sale of exhibition space and sponsorship packages.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and support on-site execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales (events/exhibitions preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Experience in Middle East markets is an advantage.
