Art Director.

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the design and visual development of impactful brand activations, events, exhibitions, and themed environments.

This role is based in Dubai and will involve global travel depending on project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative concept development for events, exhibitions, and brand experiences
• Oversee art direction and ensure consistency across all visual outputs
• Manage the full design process, from ideation to final artwork preparation
• Produce and review key visuals, graphic assets, and production-ready files
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and production partners to bring concepts to life
• Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure high creative standards
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and production techniques
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in event and experiential design
• Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale projects and graphic design expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of production techniques and final artwork requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and team leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel globally as required
