Head of Production Oman.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences for one of our clients based in Oman. This role involves developing compelling programs, managing high-profile speakers, and building strong industry relationships to ensure the success of each event.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, sponsors, and media.
• Research, design, and oversee conference programs and agendas.
• Identify, invite, and coordinate speakers and panelists.
• Lead onsite operations to ensure seamless event delivery and an exceptional attendee experience.
• Monitor market trends to identify new content opportunities and support event growth.
• Contribute to the selection and evaluation of sessions and speakers.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in conference or event management, ideally within a related industry.
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Proven leadership and end-to-end project management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale or high-profile conferences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
