Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the event’s strategic objectives, ensuring all activities, assets, and communications are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and reflect brand guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement marketing activities across email, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other digital channels.
- Manage daily campaign execution, including timeline tracking and coordination of design and content approvals.
- Support lead-generation efforts through accurate database management and audience segmentation.
- Monitor campaign analytics and contribute to performance reporting and optimization.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and operations teams to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Work with media and association partners to manage listings, placements, and promotional requirements.
- Adapt to last-minute changes while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing campaign execution, preferably within events or media.
- Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar).
- Strong time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong copywriting, coordination, and communication abilities.
