Operations Manager

Working closely with the team, you will simultaneously organise and manage multiple projects, from conception through completion. Strong communication skills are required, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to deliver operational excellence on time, within budget, and with a good ROI.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Operations.

• Project Management: the ability to oversee/ manage multiple tasks.

• Plan and successfully execute all operational tasks.

• Monitor the company's sales and revenue for extended business development.

• Maintain and monitor the operational performance of the company.

• Assist in drafting budgets and reaching these goals.

• Able to assist with producing manuals and information sheets to keep communication channels open.

• Adhere to all policies and procedures related to the procurement processes.

• Remain courteous and professional while displaying confidentiality and business opportunities and growth.

• Attend meetings, and conduct site visits as and when required.
