ESMOS is looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Make high-volume outbound calls and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Present and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in events and exhibition industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and sales targets
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Capable of working independently
