Our client is a leading Conference & Exhibition organiser based in Dubai is looking a new Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth for event projects. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key accounts, and securing sponsorship, delegate sales, and exhibition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and grow revenue streams.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Identify and convert new market opportunities into high-value partnerships.
- Develop tailored commercial packages aligned with brand and business goals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within events or exhibitions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Confident, target-driven, and resilient in a sales environment.
- Strong relationship-building and phone sales skills.
- Event industry experience is preferred.
